Hi Condo owners. The Meeting Minutes page has now been updated with the minutes from December’s meeting. In addition, the Documents page has been updated with documents related to our recent reserve fund study update.

In addition, a new site section has been added to house house agendas for upcoming meetings as well as archived versions for previous meetings. The new Agendas page can be accessed here.
